Los Angeles, California – The vibrant sounds of the Filipino American Symphony Orchestra (FASO) will fill the Vineyard Ballroom at the Doubletree Hotel by Hilton Los Angeles – Norwalk on Saturday, May 4, 2024, starting at 6 p.m. with their much-anticipated ‘Ballroom Blitz Dinner & Dance.’
Dance enthusiasts in Southern California can revel in a night of live orchestral music, featuring a mix of classics like “Satin Doll” and “In the Mood,” alongside popular hits like Earth, Wind and Fire’s “September.” Attendees can expect an eclectic dance playlist ranging from the foxtrot to salsa, ensuring a lively and diverse experience.
Adding to the excitement, Penthouse 7 dancers Mike Monserrat and Pipo Liboro, renowned from the hit Philippine TV show “Penthouse 7,” will lead dance sessions, followed by DJ Luigi Dizon spinning top tunes to keep the energy high.
The event promises entertainment and serves a noble cause, supporting FASO’s local music education initiatives for underserved youth. Generous contributions from organizations like the California Arts Council and L.A. County Arts & Culture have made the Ballroom Blitz possible.
