San Pedro, California — Celebrating three decades of Filipino American heritage, the Festival of Philippine Arts & Culture (FPAC) returns to Point Fermin Park on September 14. This year’s event, themed “Ang Pagbabalik (The Homecoming),” is curated by music industry leader Ruby Ibarra, CEO of Bolo Music Group.
FPAC, a cornerstone for Southern California’s Filipino American communities, showcases a dynamic blend of arts and culture. Ibarra, deeply rooted in FPAC’s history from early performances to headlining shows, expresses gratitude for curating this milestone event.
Beyond music, FPAC promises a cultural extravaganza with traditional dance and visual arts at “ArtPHair,” and pavilions honoring ancestral roots. The festival also serves as a platform for new talent, as Bolo Music Group scouts performers for potential mentorship and career opportunities.
Supported by the California Arts Council, the City of Los Angeles, and local cultural institutions, FPAC remains a free event welcoming all to experience the richness of Filipino American heritage.
Join “Ang Pagbabalik (The Homecoming)” and explore the vibrant legacy of Fil-Am arts and culture.
